Thank you for taking the time and the effort to let us know of your concerns. In the meantime we have added the FX-5 warranty card to our Warranty section in the Aquatic section:

There are buttons for both the Warranty Cards and the Starter Kit Registration forms near the bottom of the page - you might have to scroll down just a bit.

Please note that when there are multiple electronic items included in a kit, each should be individually entered in the Warranty Card form.
