I just started a new tank with all new media. As soon as I placed the new filter in, the clogging button popped up.

What am i doing wrong?

What am i doing wrong?
When the yellow clogging indicator is in the up position your filter media is clean and filtering properly. As the media clogs or is in need of cleaning/replacement the yellow indicator will be pulled down.

We do recommend to periodically remove your impeller for a thorough cleaning.
